AltitudeX Indoor Skydiving 90-Minute Experience

What to bring

• Ticket and ID: Display your mobile voucher with a valid photo ID at check-in.

• Footwear: Wear sturdy lace-up sneakers suitable for indoor skydiving.

• Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing and avoid dresses or skirts.

• Long hair: Tie up long hair securely before your flight.

• Jewellery and accessories: Remove jewellery, watches and loose accessories before flying.

• Glasses: Use the special goggles provided if you wear glasses.

What's not allowed

• Substances: Do not fly under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.

• Loose items: Do not wear jewellery, watches or other loose accessories while flying.

• Meeting point: Go to AltitudeX at 43 Siloso Beach Walk, #01-01, Singapore 099010.

• Check-in time: Arrive at least 1 hour before your scheduled flight time.

• Late arrival: Late arrivals may be rescheduled and may incur a per-person fee, subject to availability.

• Duration: Expect your indoor skydiving experience to last around 90 minutes.

• Training: Attend the safety briefing and flight training with your certified instructor before flying.

• Gear: Put on your flight suit, helmet, goggles and earplugs before entering the wind tunnel.

• Sequence: Take turns flying in the tunnel with the instructor assisting you.

• Certificate: Receive a flight certificate at the end of your session.

• Lockers: Rent lockers onsite if you need to store personal belongings.

• Transport: Arrange your own transportation to and from Sentosa.

• Pre-registration: Complete the required pre-registration before participating.

• Minimum age: Ensure all flyers are at least 7 years old on the date of the flight.

• Under 18s: Make sure participants under 18 have signed permission from a parent or guardian.

• Weight limits: If under 1.8m, you must not exceed 120kg; if 1.8m or taller, you must not exceed 140kg.

• Gear fit: Participants must be able to fit comfortably into the flight gear and safety helmet.

• Pregnancy: Pregnant guests cannot participate in the flight.

• Health conditions: Do not participate if you have prior shoulder dislocations, back or neck injuries, or heart problems.

• Casts: Guests wearing a hard cast cannot fly.

• Clothing: Bring a spare set of clothes as you may get wet on some attractions.

What's not allowed

• Photography on rides: Do not take photos or videos while experiencing the attractions.

• Pets: Do not bring pets into the park, except for service animals.

• Costumes: Do not wear costumes or full-faced masks inside the park.

• Re-entry: Do not exit the park if you plan to return, as re-entry is not allowed.

• Outside food: Do not bring outside food or drinks, except baby food, formulas and special-diet items; bags are checked at entry.

Accessibility

• Wheelchair and stroller use: Use prams, strollers and wheelchairs throughout the park.

• Rentals: Rent strollers and wheelchairs near the entrance for use inside the park only.

• Facilities: Access all restaurants, shops, toilets, lockers and common areas with a wheelchair.

• Supervision for young children: During VIP Experiences, children 7 and under must stay with an adult aged 18 or above.

• Indemnity for minors: For VIP Experiences, participants under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to complete an indemnity form.

• Meet & greets: Check the Universal Studios Singapore App on the day for character meet-and-greet times.

• Facilities: Use on-site prayer rooms, halal and vegetarian restaurants, ATMs, retail shops, lockers and the Baby Centre.

• Ride maintenance: Note that TRANSFORMERS The Ride is closed from 23 Aug to 4 Sep 2026 and reopens on 5 Sep 2026.

• Special hours: Be aware the park operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on 3 Sep, 5 Oct, 30 Nov, and 1 & 12 Dec 2026 due to private events.

• F&B voucher use: Use the S$20 F&B voucher at most restaurants and carts, excluding Starbucks, Oasis Spice Café and roving carts.

• Seasonal event: From 5 Sep to 1 Nov 2026, enjoy Trick or Thrills with Minions’ Belloween Ball, Kuromi appearances and themed offerings.
