IceBar Melbourne Review IceBar Melbourne is a unique and fun experience, especially if you’ve never been to an ice bar before. The atmosphere is definitely cool—literally—since everything inside is made of ice, from the walls to the sculptures and even the drinking glasses. They provide warm jackets, gloves, and boots if needed, so you don’t have to worry about the cold too much. The drinks are well-made, and the novelty of sipping cocktails in a -10°C environment is pretty exciting. The staff is friendly and ensures you have a good time. However, one downside is that they don’t allow guests to take videos inside the bar, which was a bit disappointing. You can take photos, but if you were hoping to capture the experience on video, that’s not an option. Overall, it’s a fun place to visit at least once, especially with friends or for a unique date night. Just be prepared for the no-video policy and enjoy the icy vibes!Jason

It was enjoyable. We opted for the upstream and downstream tours. There was a half hour break between the two and the boat returns to the pickup point between them for the half hour and we needed to disembark for the duration of the break. There is a toilet on board and the seats are relatively comfy. Unfortunately the rain came down during the downstream tour so we couldn't get any good photos as the windows were covered in droplets but, that's Melbournes weather. All in all it was an enjoyable ride and we got to see Melbourne from a different perspective.David

Obviously bitterly cold so the thick ponchos and gloves provided were super welcome. Just bizarre and so funny. The shots were a nice touch.

Ice, Ice Baby, too cold
Ice, Ice Baby, IceBar
Step into IceBar Melbourne where temperatures are super low but the spirits are at an all-time high. Everything here is made of ice: sculptures of GOT's white walkers, jungle cats from Wanderlust, the tables, chairs, and even the bar. You'll stay warm though, wearing your comfy snow cape and gloves as you walk around playing games like ice hockey and sipping frosty drinks.
