I knew Florence it's must see city, but now that i've experienced it for myself, seeing it's Galleries, Museums, the incredible art people left behind for centuries, im proud to be alive and to be a human beeing. Both palace and gardens were amazing. The views of florance from the top were beutiful. Garden scultures and the fountains together with the trees and wildlflower meadow were so pretty. Would just mention the gatdens are very steep so if you have mobility probelms stick to the lower gardens which are still pretty and the lemon house. Also the main Neptunes fountain is on the flat walking along the bottom from the entrance. Really good value for money.

The visit to the Uffizi Galleries and Pallazo Pitti/Bobolli Gardens was well worth it. Having pre-booked our tickets through Headout made the experience convenient and helped us make the most of our time. The attraction was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend it.

The Pitti Palace has a beautiful collection of artworks. There are so many pieces that I can't choose the most beautiful one. As for the garden, it was undergoing renovation works, so we couldn't enjoy it as we should have.

The Pitti Palace was an exceptional experience. We loved the history, art and particularly the costume gallery. As older visitors our legs did not appreciate the Bobboli Gardens.

No fuss-quick access🤸, full of ever-changing history, Art through the ages..very impressive 👏. The gardens are splendid although a lot of building 👷‍♂️ work going on. Anyhoo overall thoroughly enjoyable few hours. Recommended.

Too much to do in 1 day unless you start earlier in the morning. If you go in the warmer months, being lots of water for when you walk the garden as it is so large, you can get lost.

Everything went smoothly. However, we were surprised by the crowds during the off-season. Three things should have been pointed out during booking. If you want to walk through the Vasari Corridor, you have to book that separately. Where and how that is possible on Headout, I still haven't figured out. In addition, it would make sense to provide an audio guide not only for the Uffizi Gallery, but also for the Pitti Palace. Access to the additional rooms on the second floor of the Pitti Palace must also be booked separately with a specific time slot. Here too, I have no idea how that would have been possible through the website. Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction work going on in the Boboli Gardens, which takes away from the charm for quite some time, as it stretches across the entire garden. Headout obviously cannot do anything about the construction site. The other points, however, should be taken into account in the booking options.

Last week
Artwork in the Pitti Palace was great. The missing pieces were the audio tour I paid for, but was told my the Pitti staff was not available. That, and the lack of signage of what I was viewing, made it made is almost boring and a barely passing grade (C-). A dead rat was floating in water in one of the ponds of the Boboli Gardens. Hmmmm, the more I think of it, I would give this tour a 1 star and D- grade. Extremely disappointed for the price. I'm telling any friends visiting Florence to skip this tour. Keep the $100 reward and send me a refund, please.

The climb from the square to the Pitti Palace entrance is steep (up to 20% gradient); wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility should have an accompanying person.

From the courtyard, you can access the Palatine Gallery (1st floor) via stairs or lifts, located on the right near the cloakroom.

Boboli Gardens are fully pedestrianized and not accessible by vehicle; however, disability badge holders may park nearby.

Boboli Gardens are undergoing extensive long-term maintenance/restoration; some pathways, statues, and fountains may be closed, scaffolded, or temporarily inaccessible.

Even with skip-the-line access, wait times may vary dues to mandatory security checks, plan ahead.
