Bad sign direction regarding people who did not have tickets and who did. We were in wrong waiting line for over an hour before we understood we were in WRONG line so this meant time booking was a JOKE!!!

Loved the experience but I was asked by staff lady - very rude and unfriendly - to throw out the bottle of beverage (soda) I wanted to take with me to the sightseeing while the temperature was over 30 degrees. She asked me to leave the queue and throw it to the garbage bin outside the venue even though there was one bin only two meters away from me, inside on the left, next to the vending machine.

A great tourist site. Some better signage would help the flow of traffic. We had booked tickets, but then had to go to a ticket office to validate them. Over all, a great experience.
