We had easy access and enjoyed our experience. The only hick up was I throught we were getting an audio guide for the Acroplois but what we got was an audio gide for the Plaka - it was a matter of clicking a wrong button, so make sure your check the right boxes as I felt it wasn't very clear.

We were rushed...not even an hour before they rushed us out because they were closing. I wished, we would have known about the time limitation.

I dont understand why i need to donwload the app. And then, when I donwloaded it, I DONT understand why i am not able to dowload the tickets as a PDF. I wanted to share a tickets with my friends so they take photo of my display which I find embarrassing these days. So please guys, allow at least downloading the ticket as image or PDF. Or add at least button to SHARE the ticket. Thank you.

Easy booking and avoided the crowds. Booking was between 11-12. Arrived there at 11:45 and were given priority over the line of people who were scheduled to enter between 12-1. So we walked right in! Book your visit online!

The places to wait to enter the venue should be clearly marked. In particular, the times of each group. For example, my time slot was at 12 noon and nowhere was it identified which queue I was supposed to be in... that wasted my time!
