Was good to be able to buy it all in one and have tickets on your mobile. The lining up and entry system could be improved and made more efficient.

There was no information or option to get the audio guide. Ticket advised optional audio guide but there was no information on how to get it.

Easy to book tickets online 1 day in advance. Got to the Acropolis at 7.30am and was one of the first people through. The ticket on my phone scanned straight through at the entrance, what an amazing place!

I booked a combined ticket for the acropolis and the museum with an optional audio tour. When I went to use the audio tour on the day of my visit, I realised that it was for something completely different and then spent more money on the correct audio tour. When I contacted customer support I pointed out that the tour doesn't coincide with the ticket and I was told that it's what I booked, that's what I got, and no apology or refund on the additional €10 I had to spend on it

The best was the help I Got when the lady at the ticket desk said, that I had no ticket and that I had bought fake tickets. You support agent helped in a matter of minutes and quickley send me a pdf with the QR-code both on e-mail and whatsapp. It was so amazing and saved our trip.
