Nothing...We bought tickets for the tramcar no. 28 but when we arrived at the point of departure we were told the tram was unavailable, being repaired. I contacted your support department to ask for a refund, they replied that they needed more info, which we supplied at the best of our knowledge, and haven't heard back from them yet.Katrin
