The staff who greet you before you board the bus are extremely helpful and pleasant. So is the hostess on the bus. On the other hand, the drivers are dangerous and drive too fast... The only PROBLEM TO CORRECT is that the QR code for the timetables doesn't work, so when we get off for a visit we don't know what time the next bus is due to arrive. It would be great if there were a sign at EVERY STOP indicating the timetables, as well as seating facilities for the disabled!

Great to be able to see the city and get information via audio-guide. On the other hand, we were disappointed not to have been able to use the red line, as the roads were closed and buses could no longer get there. We had to continue on the blue line. Such a pity.Manfred

It was not possible to change during the tour as the next bus was overcrowded in the roof seats. The audio guide did not work in the lower seats.
