Enjoyed the the fact that I cold hop off and on for the full duration of my ticket. Saw some beautiful tour sites. The bus cordinators were frendly and helpful. Waiting time was minimal for the next bus which was great.

The tour was well-planned, taking in all of Madrid’s main historical landmarks. The guide and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. The hop-on/hop-off option is very convenient if you want to get off the bus to explore and get back on later. We really enjoyed it.

At a competitive price, it gives you the chance to use three lines—the blue, green, and red—so for the same price, you get to see three different sections. The staff is courteous and goes out of their way to help you. What can I say? We had a great time.
