When I booked the tickets online, I got an email confirming the booking and the ticket said we needed to go to city tourist spot in Marina square to redeem tickets. We went there on Monday and it was closed. The day before event we got an email saying we can show the QR code ticket on the bus. This should have been told to us at the very start.
