I loved the fact that we are able to use the ticket across 2 days. Some constructive feedback. When I booked the tickets online, I got an email confirming the booking and the ticket said we needed to go to city tourist spot in Marina square to redeem tickets. We went there on Monday and it was closed. The day before event we got an email saying we can show the QR code ticket on the bus. This should have been told to us at the very start. To avoid inconvenience. The bus drove off before I even sat down- I had a wheelchair! This was on the green bus at raffles hotel first stop on 10 sep.
