The tour is very good, taking in the city's main sights and passing through some areas that can only be accessed on foot, or, in the case of the bus, by authorized vehicles, which made our journey much easier. On the green line, the entire tour was filled with music in headphones, which disappointed us. A night tour at Christmas is very beautiful.

Bus was too busy to get on at the castle, people were pushing & shoving and being rude. The driver showed no concern we had to wait for the next one despite having a visually impaired member of our party. One of our party couldn't find her ticket and the next driver was rude and didn't care.
