In addition to what I have already submitted, I had a lot of worry about the timing of our entry, because although I booked for 11.45 my ticket came back as 8.30am with clear instructions that I had to be there by that time to get in. Your email support team reassured me that we could enter at any time but that is not what the ticket said. Also the chat bot said that the entry time was in fact 8.30 which was different from what the email support team said. I guess it needs reprogramming.

Very fast entrance without problems, the audio guide is sometimes excessive in the explanation. It would lack recommendation to follow the points of the audio guide sometimes you get lost but overall very well.

Great place to visit. We would have stayed longer but was so hot. They were working on the area down at the front so the entrance was different therefore the audio guide was a bit confusing but we worked it out and was great
