The visit to the Harry Potter Studios was fantastic from start to finish. All the information was clearly communicated. The very clean, air-conditioned bus arrived on time at the agreed-upon location, so we were able to leave for the studios without a hitch. When we arrived, someone was waiting with our tickets so we could head straight into the studios. The return trip also went off without a hitch, so we got back to central London in no time. I highly recommend it!

This service comes highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the studios without worrying about transportation. All you have to do is arrive at your chosen location half an hour early and wait for a bus to take you to the studios. Once you arrive at the studios, they’ll give you a ticket that grants you access. The only thing to keep in mind is to be there at the time they tell you to catch the return bus. In my opinion, there’s enough time to take your time exploring the studios and enjoy them. But for true fans, it might still feel like too little time because of the long waits at the photo booths or food stands. Despite the crowds, I think the time inside is managed quite well, and if you plan ahead, you’ll end up seeing everything and enjoying it. That said, as I mentioned earlier, for true fans who want to spend a lot of time at each attraction, the best option would be to buy a ticket on the official website, stay as long as they want, and arrange their own transportation. In my opinion, it was pretty convenient, even though you had to keep an eye on the time. As I said, we had time for everything. Ultimately, the price you’re paying is for getting tickets with less advance notice than the official website requires, plus the convenience of transportation. In short, it’s worth it if this is an experience you don’t want to miss and you prefer convenience. The price is high, but if you want the standard ticket, you’ll have to keep the dates in mind and get the official ticket well in advance.

The organization was very slow. First, the leader had to go get the tickets after we had already arrived, and we had to wait on the bus again. Then each ticket was handed out individually, which certainly took another 15 minutes. On the way back, the bus wasn’t there when we were supposed to leave because there was too much traffic. What needs to improve: -Tickets should already be on hand at the company and distributed on the bus so that we can head out immediately upon arrival -The bus should be there for the return trip, even if it has to wait there all day—that’s what I paid for; otherwise, I could have traveled on my own and saved a lot of money All in all, a very sluggish system when it comes to the bus and the tickets.

The bus transportation was great, because both the pickup and drop-off were at the hotel where we were staying. This was very convenient because we didn’t have to use public transportation. We were scheduled to meet at 10 a.m., which was a good time because we didn’t have to get up early. The four hours we were given to tour the studios were enough but a little tight—I’d add another hour. That’s the only thing, but otherwise, it was great.

We had the best time. The attraction was top tier. We did not want to leave and wanted to buy eveything there. We have always loved these movies and were very impressed with the information, animations and the whole setup. I definitely and highly recommend this tour. It has unique souvenirs and a great variety of articles for fans of the Harry Potter franchise.

The bus ride there was pretty bumpy, and it was very warm inside the bus. Check-in at the studios was quick and smooth. And the Harry Potter studios—simply amazing. It was definitely worth the money. The ride back was more relaxed. All in all, very well organized.

We traveled to the site in an air-conditioned bus. Due to traffic, we were almost 30 minutes late. The tour guide adjusted the departure time to account for the delay. Ideally, the tour would last 5–6 hours instead of 4, so that people could see everything and have time for a snack.
