The visit to the Harry Potter Studios was fantastic from start to finish. All the information was clearly communicated. The very clean, air-conditioned bus arrived on time at the agreed-upon location, so we were able to leave for the studios without a hitch. When we arrived, someone was waiting with our tickets so we could head straight into the studios. The return trip also went off without a hitch, so we got back to central London in no time. I highly recommend it!

This was my second time riding the Ferris wheel. There weren't very many visitors, and the line moved quickly. We arrived a little early, but we didn’t have to wait. There weren’t many people in the gondolas either, which gave us the chance to enjoy the beautiful views of London and take some great photos. The service and staff were friendly and welcoming.

We joined a short queue around 20 minutes before our allocated slot, showed our e tickets and moved to the main access point. We had a fantastic time at the London eye today, We had the opportunity to come and visit this magnificent country during our 7 day trip and got recommended this throughout many people. As one of your guys top attractions and sights to see in London. Once we got on it we had a enjoyable and fun experience being able to sight see the city of London and the other cool buildings to share and take photos. Additionally how you guys offer photos was a great opportunity to keep a unforgettable memory of our trip on your magnificent London eye you guys have to offer. Over all I would give this trip to the London eye and 5 stars with the smooth ride and the amazing sight seeing views were a very enjoyable experience. Lastly I would be recommending this to anyone wanting to see or know what London is like and this is a great way to introduce and incorporate the enjoyable sights into your day!

The bus transportation was great, because both the pickup and drop-off were at the hotel where we were staying. This was very convenient because we didn’t have to use public transportation. We were scheduled to meet at 10 a.m., which was a good time because we didn’t have to get up early. The four hours we were given to tour the studios were enough but a little tight—I’d add another hour. That’s the only thing, but otherwise, it was great.

It was really nice this outing. We arrived on time. We thaught the London Eye did not work and were afraid that it would take a long time before we could enter the cabin. But everything was ok. the eye turns very slowly so you can take your time to see everything clearly. The sky was a bit greyish. This was a pity. Overall a valuable experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We traveled to the site in an air-conditioned bus. Due to traffic, we were almost 30 minutes late. The tour guide adjusted the departure time to account for the delay. Ideally, the tour would last 5–6 hours instead of 4, so that people could see everything and have time for a snack.
