We went on the morning of August 7. The office where we picked up our tickets and waited for transportation is very accessible by both subway and bus; in our case, it was a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the staff were very kind in guiding us through the process and showing us where we could wait along with the other visitors. The trip was very pleasant; the driver and the tour guide were very friendly and helpful. The 4-hour time frame was more than enough to visit all areas of the studio at a leisurely pace and even stop to rest and grab a bite to eat without having to constantly check the clock for fear of missing the return shuttle. The return service is quite straightforward: you go back to the same spot where the driver dropped you off earlier and take the same bus back to the office. I highly recommend it, especially the first morning tour—it’s well worth the effort of getting up a little earlier. The service was very comfortable, and the studio tour itself was a dream come true.

The ticket prices for a family of 4 was well worth it, it was very easy to purchase the tickets. The day out was exceptional, we really enjoyed the commentry. We got on at Westminster and enjoyed the commentary we got off at Greenwich. It was a relaxed crossing which felt safe and we felt complete confidence in the crew. We had a fab day out in Greenwich & enjoyed our fish and chips!! We enjoyed the return journey back to Westminster. We will definitely do this again, on our nxt visit to London. We made lots of great memories. I would recommend this day out for anyone visiting London.

The visit to the Harry Potter Studios was fantastic from start to finish. All the information was clearly communicated. The very clean, air-conditioned bus arrived on time at the agreed-upon location, so we were able to leave for the studios without a hitch. This service comes highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the studios without worrying about transportation. All you have to do is arrive at your chosen location half an hour early and wait for a bus to take you to the studios. Once you arrive at the studios, they’ll give you a ticket that grants you access. The only thing to keep in mind is to be there at the time they tell you to catch the return bus. In my opinion, there’s enough time to take your time exploring the studios and enjoy them. But for true fans, it might still feel like too little time because of the long waits at the photo booths or food stands. Despite the crowds, I think the time inside is managed quite well, and if you plan ahead, you’ll end up seeing everything and enjoying it. That said, as I mentioned earlier, for true fans who want to spend a lot of time at each attraction, the best option would be to buy a ticket on the official website, stay as long as they want, and arrange their own transportation. In my opinion, it was pretty convenient, even though you had to keep an eye on the time. As I said, we had time for everything. Ultimately, the price you’re paying is for getting tickets with less advance notice than the official website requires, plus the convenience of transportation. In short, it’s worth it if this is an experience you don’t want to miss and you prefer convenience. The price is high, but if you want the standard ticket, you’ll have to keep the dates in mind and get the official ticket well in advance.

Despite the wait, an unforgettable experience—breathtaking views! My verdict: Yes, you have to expect some waiting time, but the London Eye is worth every penny and every minute of the wait! The view of the city is simply unbeatable. What made the experience perfect: The view: The 360-degree panorama of Big Ben, the Thames, and the skyline is simply spectacular and offers the best photo opportunities. The ride: The gondolas move extremely smoothly. The ride lasts about 30 minutes, so you have plenty of time to take it all in at your own pace.The organization: Despite the huge crowds, the entry process was very well organized and the line kept moving steadily. My tip for the wait: If you absolutely don’t want to wait in a long line, you should definitely book the Fast Track ticket. We had the standard ticket and, despite booking online, had to wait about 45 minutes. But in the end, the wait was definitely worth it! An absolute must-do in London—something you have to experience at least once in your life. Highly recommended!

Booked tickets for 14.30h, arrived at 14h and we discovered that meant we had to wait until 14.30h to join the queue. So we sat on a wall in the shade to wait. We finally entered the London Eye at 15h. The trip lasts 30 minutes and the carriages don't really stop for you to enter and leave them... the doors open and the carriage moves slowly past the entry platform ... rather like boarding a boat. Views were stunning. Shame that the windows were dirty, however that must be something of a challenge to organise! 🥰 We also learned we could 'upgrade' our tickets at the ticket office to visit for example, the London Dungeon and we chose to visit the aquarium just along the waterfront for ten pounds a head. I understand that booking a group of attractions proves cheaper than buying one at a time.

Having pre-booked the London Eye it was very straightforward getting on board. We joined a short queue around 20 minutes before our allocated slot, showed our e tickets and moved to the main access point. Everyone was moved through a couple of rows before we were lined up for a pod just like a fairground ride. Nice weather so great views over London.
