Standard timed-entry, combo, and flexible tickets all use timed slots, but the on-site experience is the same unless you add another attraction. Choose standard for fixed plans, combo for a full Speicherstadt day, and flexible tickets if your schedule may change.

Pre-booked tickets skip the on-site ticket-purchase queue, not the admissions or group-batching line. Arrive 15-20 minutes early so you are in place before your timed entry starts.

If you do not speak German, book a confirmed English-language show. Most performances are in German, and there is no audio guide included to cover the dialogue.

General Admission or standard timed-entry tickets include the 60-70 minute actor-led route with standard scenes and rides, subject to maintenance. They do not include food, drinks, souvenir photos, merchandise, or hotel transfers.

Only choose a Hamburg Dungeon + Miniatur Wunderland combo if you can spare most of a day. Plan about 1.5-2 hours total for Hamburg Dungeon and around 3-4 hours at Miniatur Wunderland.

If you are traveling with sensitive children or have uncertain plans, a flexible OTA ticket can be worth the extra cost. Its main benefit is easier cancellation or rebooking, not extra scenes or faster entry.

Main Public Entrance - Kehrwieder 2

Located at street level at Kehrwieder 2, this is the only clearly documented public entrance for Hamburg Dungeon. It is in the same complex as Miniatur Wunderland and is signposted “Hamburg Dungeon,” making it the correct entry point for all visitors. E-tickets are checked at the admissions desk just inside, while some printed vouchers may need conversion depending on the provider. On busy days, queues can form outside or in the foyer before admission. Bag checks and safety checks may be applied before visitors are assigned to a show group. Step-free access into the building appears available via ramps or lifts, but the internal route includes dark spaces, possible stairs, and ride-related limits.

Exciting, a little spooky, and full of great surprises. We really enjoyed it and weren’t bored for a single second. The stories were very interesting, and the acting ranged from good to excellent! It would be helpful to have the option to get photos taken at the end (other than the poor-quality one for €10) so we could include one here for the review.
