A short wait between the requested time of arrival and the time of departure... but it was really worth it, the garden is magnificent even at this time of year. The helpfulness and kindness of the staff seems unknown (or rather forgotten... ) in France...sic... the museums and the Sistine Chapel are unforgettable, but I think it's better to go in the morning, as the afternoon is too short...

Our guide Naomi was excellent! She informed us clearly and pointed out the important points on our way. The bus could have had closed windows.. It was little chilly in December

Really nice staff, helpful to problem solving. The only really unfortunate thing is that absolutely no small dogs are allowed which would not have gotten in the way of anything or anyone as it would have been inside a backpack....... so we had to proceed with the visit one at a time...this is thanks to the helpfulness of the staff..... otherwise we would have had to give up

Guide escorted us to the bus tour of the gardens but failed to explain she would not be meeting the group on our return. She didn't explain our ticket to the museum included admission to the Sistine Chapel . Much confusion and telephone calls straightened out prefentable confusion.
