Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel Reserved Entry Tickets with Vatican Gardens Open Bus Tour

She did not wait for me to catch up nor did she do a head count before boarding the bus for the Vatican gardens. She didn't care nor know how many people she was guiding. Terrible incompetence

A short wait between the requested time of arrival and the time of departure... but it was really worth it, the garden is magnificent even at this time of year. The helpfulness and kindness of the staff seems unknown (or rather forgotten... ) in France...sic... the museums and the Sistine Chapel are unforgettable, but I think it's better to go in the morning, as the afternoon is too short...

Our guide Naomi was excellent! She informed us clearly and pointed out the important points on our way. The bus could have had closed windows.. It was little chilly in December

All was very good! The guide was passionate about the art, about the museum, about the stories, taking us all along!! The details of the stories is what you are looking for, and she delivered them!!!

Really nice staff, helpful to problem solving. The only really unfortunate thing is that absolutely no small dogs are allowed which would not have gotten in the way of anything or anyone as it would have been inside a backpack....... so we had to proceed with the visit one at a time...this is thanks to the helpfulness of the staff..... otherwise we would have had to give up

Guide escorted us to the bus tour of the gardens but failed to explain she would not be meeting the group on our return. She didn't explain our ticket to the museum included admission to the Sistine Chapel . Much confusion and telephone calls straightened out prefentable confusion.

Easy access could use better directions maybe state that is the museum entrance and that after the bus ride you are on your own

It is a spectacular venue, however the numbers of fellow visitors is a real detraction. Particularly group tours both guided and self guided with recording interferes with individual appreciation.

It was as on the description. Location easy to find, entrance in the museum was easy and quick. The tour was wonderfull.

It was very interesting, the guide was very friendly, skip the line was the best. We also had a bus travel through the vatican gardens. We could recommend this experience!

Overwhelmingly impressive visit - such an extensive collection that one really needs a solid month to thoroughly explore it all

The problem basically started with headout. After booking, I did not receive a confirmation with the booking ID. On request, however, they were able to help me. Until the day before the event, I did not get the tickets sent, only on request via e-mail or WhatsApp they became active. In the meantime, I already doubted the seriousness of the company and actually I did not want to spend my time in Rome with the chase of tickets. Finally, they delivered you to me via chat and everything worked out, but the highlight was that they came automatically one day after the experience. I don't know what the company is taking this such a high processing fee for. My time could have been spent differently and with less stress. I would not choose Headout again. Otherwise, the Vatican Gardens were very nice, if a little short. The Vatican Museums are completely overcrowded, so at times you are just shuffled through. A reduction in the number of visitors would be highly recommended.

Difficult to find the meeting point at the address mentioned. No signs, etc. to indicate what to do when you get there.

Easy, but little explanation. Several people in the group didn't understand that we were on our own after visiting the gardens.

We spent a full day visiting the Vatican. And it was a spectacular visit. Unforgettable and no lines for the Vatican Gardens and Museums.

We thought the guide would be with us the whole time but she left as soon as we were starting the garden tour. The garden tour is a waste of time in the bus, it would be much better to walk the garden.

Good organization, the only downside is that the site doesn't stipulate that children under 6 can't take part in the minibus tour of the gardens, so one parent had to stay with our daughter while the other went to visit the gardens.

It was a great experience, with easy entry to the museum and easy location of the group. The only point to be desired is the delivery of the ticket only 24 hours before the day of the visit, which creates a bit of apprehension as to whether the ticket will actually arrive in the mail, but everything was done as agreed.

The rating does not refer to your organization of the experience. This was very good. Likewise, the bus tour of the Vatican Gardens was an absolutely great experience. The "okay" is due to the fact that the oversized stream of visitors made it unmöglch to explore or even enjoy the museums. Also, the visit to the Sistine Chapel was more like changing trains at a crowded train station than an atmosphere in which to enjoy this space or pause for a moment.
