Chef Francesca or Chef Angela or Chef Luciano will greet you when you arrive. Angela and Luciano, who have been teaching culinary workshops together for decades, are outstanding instructors because of their expertise, passion, and patience.
Prosecco is served to guests as they are welcomed into genuine Italian dining, and are then given an up-close and personal look at the restaurant's operations. Put on your apron and head into the kitchen, where you will learn how to prepare traditional, time-honored dishes like silky tiramisu and freshly made pasta. After the hard work, it’s time to reap the benefits of your labor. At the end of your cooking class, you will be provided with the recipes for the dishes that you had cooked which you may then recreate at home.
