The tour of the chapel with the veiled Jesus was truly unique! Highly recommended. Audio guides were handed out at the meeting point in front of the chapel, and the guide explained the chapel’s origins and history in very clear English. We had plenty of time to admire all the beautiful statues, paintings, and the mosaic floor. The app could use some improvement. We couldn’t load the tickets there. However, when I asked via chat, I immediately received an email with the QR codes. These are essential for participating in the tour. Guided tour = Excellent Service = Excellent Attraction = Excellent App = Needs improvement

Meetup was easy at square just around d corner of chapel .. Patrizia was sharing interesting information and history about Sansevero Chapel .. Thankful to staff who did such a great job upkeep the 273 years old chapel in such splendour .. Highly Recommended to Join Tour with Headout to fully immerse in experience at Sansevero Chapel 👍😃

A wonderful experience. Patrizia, our guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly, as was her colleague. The time allotted for viewing the artwork is necessarily limited, but despite this, she was very helpful and thorough in providing additional explanations both before and after the tour! I was very satisfied with the entire organization.

The tour went very well. I was able to start learning English since the explanations were in English. It was sad to see that Italian—which I speak fluently, along with French and German—wasn’t an option at that time with our guide, who was, by the way, perfect.

Mi era rimasta in sospeso proprio questa visita al Cristo Velato, e ogni volta che pensavo a Napoli sentivo il rammarico di non essere riuscita a farla. Finalmente oggi ho potuto ammirare questo capolavoro che tutto il mondo ci invidia, splendida mente descritta , dalla simpatica guida Francesca, che con competenza e passione ci ha fornito anche le notizie storiche e i dettagli delle altre opere che fanno da cornice. Insomma Napoli non delude mai per la meraviglia ed i contrasti.
