    Our guide spoke clearly and fluently. He kept to the schedule and managed to keep the group together without losing anyone. However, very little information was provided about the 700-year Muslim period. What happened during that time and what developments took place remained unclear. Instead, we were told mostly about the plant species in the garden. I would have preferred a bit more historical context. Also, having a flag with the brand logo waving at the meeting point would make it easier to find the group.

    A very interesting and insightful guide from start to finish! She did a great job explaining the history of this historic monument through the history of Granada.

    The hop-on-hop-off sightseeing tour in Granada was a great experience! 😊 You can explore the main sights at your own pace and hop on and off whenever you like. The route is well-planned, the audio guide is informative, and the views of the city are simply beautiful. It’s the perfect way to get to know Granada in comfort!

    The Granada hoho tour was excellent and covered a wide range of city sights. The tickets were easy to purchase online. We enjoyed the paper map presented at our first stop. Be sure to ask to get your earphones to hear the commentary in your language. They only cost 2€.

    The Place Is special and It deserves a visit, you'll fall in love. Unfortunately we followed maps to the entrance but the road was closed in the end, while we encountered no road sign before. We had to go back to the city center and go through another way, we were than 10 minute late but another guide was so kind to "adopt" us

    We visited the Alhambra in spring and had plenty of space, even though admission times were booked up a week in advance (Chinese holidays). We had an experienced German-speaking guide who guided us well and cleverly through the various checkpoints and gave us a good explanation of the history of the Alhambra. Everything went well at the meeting point before admission. All tours are conducted with microphones and headphones, so you can always hear the guide clearly, even if you quickly take a photo.

    The Hammam was really Great and relaxing! BUT : I booked on Headout the course for 62 € within 30 min massage and 15 min exfoliating.. when we arrived they told us that for this price the exfoliating is not included... and the offer on the headout side is not correct!! I had to argue a lot and than we had 15 min massage and 15 min exfoliating... only because the palacio nazari team is VERY nice and understanding! Next time I will book directly with them!

    We loved the experience and would definitely recommend it. The staff are charming, attentive, friendly, and professional. The massage was perfect, pleasant, and relaxing. The bathrooms were very clean and the temperature was just right. Congratulations on your work.
