Went with my partner and honestly this Glacier Lagoon tour was EPIC. I was a bit worried about the 14-hour thing (sitting still is not my forte lol) but turns out you get to hop off the bus at a bunch of killer stops. Simon the guide knew sooo much random stuff about Iceland (Icelandic horses are just, like, extra sassy? who knew). Diamond Beach is wild—chunks of ice just chilling on black sand. Got my socks wet but worth it. Boat ride was a bonus! Weather was moody but that's kinda the vibe here. Pro tip: snacks and a rain jacket will save ur life. Would absolutely do it again.

I went solo on this tour and met some coool people on the bus. The guide (Robert?) was super patient with all my questions, and the driver handled the crazy weather like a pro. Glacier Lagoon is just WOW, and Diamond Beach is even more photogenic in person. Loved the little detour to that hidden waterfall (Gljufrabui or smth? Still can't say it right). Not cheap but def worth the splurge.

Long day but I saw more than I expected. Glacier Lagoon was unreal, but ngl, the bus ride got a bit loooong after hour 10. Still, the views made up for it. Our guide, Petra, was funny and kept us awake with silly stories. The stop at Vik was nice but crowded (everyone wants that black sand photo I guess). Bring headphones for the drive and waterproof shoes for the waterfalls, trust me.

If you only have time for one big tour in Iceland, make it this one. The boat ride through the glacier lagoon was the highlight for me, felt kinda magical drifting among the ice. Our guide Vjeran made everyone laugh and kept the mood light. It’s a long day but flies by if you like scenery. Bring snacks, there’s not a ton of food options on the route.

Went with my mom and grandma. We all LOVED it. The landscapes are so, so beautiful, it almost doesn't feel real. My grandma couldn't walk too far and the guide made sure she was always okay, which really meant a lot. Diamond Beach at sunset is something I'll never forget. Weather kept changing but honestly, made it even more special. Bring layers!
