I booked the combo ticket for my trip in Sept. The Parliament guided tour was excellent. It's conducted in small batches and you get audio guides which provide detailed explanations in multiple languages. The building from the inside is absolutely stunning - it looks more like a palace. Would highly recommend taking this tour, which has to be prebooked due to limited seats. The Gellert bath was ok, as in the bath, sauna and pool facilities were fine but felt no different unless someone specifically tells you it is thermal water. The locker rooms and shower area was quite clumsy to be honest, although to be expected from a place that is so frequently visited by thousands of people.

It was so relaxing and warm! However, finding a working locker was an experience. Negotaitthe mae of corridors difficult and slippery without footwear. There was a stag party wearing hats shaped as beer steins in one of the pools and no guidance or help anywhere. Definitely in need of improvement

I had a wonderful experience at the baths in Budapest! We arrived a little before noon, and although it was fairly busy, we had no trouble finding comfortable lounge chairs where we spent the majority of the day. The workers were kind & helpful, and we really enjoyed our time. Will certainly go back.

    You’ll explore a spa complex that has been welcoming visitors since 1918, celebrated both for its therapeutic waters and its stunning architecture. Known as the “Palace of Baths,” it is famous for its geothermal pools, ornate art nouveau interiors, and historic healing traditions.

    • Bring a sun hat, sunscreen, and flip-flops for warmer days.

    • A swimming cap is required in the swimming pool, but not in the other thermal pools.

    Accessibility

    • Pregnant guests must consult their doctor before visiting. Massages are not provided to pregnant women.

    • Guests with medical conditions should consult their doctor before visiting.

    • On May 1st (Labor Day in Hungary), the ticket prices are different: Ticket with cabin: 32€ and ticket with locker: 29€

    • Swimwear is compulsory attire to be worn at the spa, as this is a mixed bath complex. Any decent swimwear is allowed for both men and women, but bikinis are, unfortunately, not allowed.

    • The pool area closes at 6:40pm. Cash desks close one hour before closing time.

    • Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

    • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
