    It's a very relaxing trip. I recommend going at night. The line seems to move very slowly, but it's actually the opposite. In less than 10 minutes, you're on the Ferris wheel, and there are lots of activities to do around it.

There was a short halt due to a signal delay, but the driver kept passengers informed and apologised for the delay, which was appreciated.     We visited Frameless London and absolutely loved it. The whole experience was immersive from the moment we walked in. The artwork surrounds you in a way that makes you feel part of it rather than just observing from the outside. Each room had its own mood and flow, and we found ourselves slowing down and really taking it all in. The visuals were stunning and thoughtfully curated, with music that genuinely added to the atmosphere rather than distracting from it. It felt engaging without being overwhelming, which isn’t easy to pull off in an immersive space. Staff were friendly and well organised, and the layout made it easy to move through at a comfortable pace. It’s a great experience whether you’re into art or just looking for something different to do in London. We’d happily recommend Frameless and would visit again.

    Had an amazing time as a family of 4 at London Eye. Bought tickets a week prior, with lots of availability. Booked a 5.30pm slot. The queue was long, it is best to join the queue at your allocated slot as yiu might be turned around. Is wasn't too long of a wait.
