Fast, efficient and easy from Paddington main line. The station conductor was immensely kind. It would help to advise that the train to Termjnal 4 departs from the same station where the Terminal 2 and 3 train stops. Several of us on the platform were uncertain about this. Highly recommended service.

Yes great experience, the only thing that would make the process easier is being able to add your pass to your Apple wallet. Too difficult to navigate when rushing to the train.
