Such a beautiful experience. Our family were exhausted on the day I had originally booked for but thankfully the tickets were flexible so we were able to attend the flyer a few days later. The view is beyond stunning, the capsules are comfortably airconditioned and spacious, and the ride is the perfect amount of time to see and experience Singapore's views. We went in the evening, the queues were minimal, & the time capsule before entering is fun and interactive for kids and adults alike. I would have loved the photo taken by the attraction but S$75 or $85AUD was extremely overpriced compared to many other attractions in the area. No worry though fellow tourists are always around to help out with photos. Don't visit Singapore without doing the flyer.

The marina sands observatory was amazing with fabulous views and lots of interesting data about the development of Singapore. Gardens by the Bay are Also lovely - amazing vegetation and vistas but very busy and the main attractions like cloud forest quite child orientated with the Jurassic Park theme. We also had a problem accessing the Supertree Grove observatory as we had not realised that we had to use the ticket before 4pm. This was not clear on the headline booking and ticket, only by reading the small print terms and conditions on the full digital Ticket. We arrived just after 4pm and were refused entry even though the attraction was still open which was very infuriating. Overall good but not excellent.

It’s not what I liked the most, but it’s my experience: I purchased this combo with the understanding that on those days I would be able to visit both Domes in the gardens. However, when we arrived, we found that the Cloud Forest Dome was closed for maintenance. When I bought the tickets, it stated that it would close on 03/02, not 02/02. As compensation, they offered us access to the skywalk among the garden trees. In terms of value, this did not make up for it, and it was disappointing not to be able to visit the Cloud Forest, which was one of the things I was most looking forward to. They also did not offer the option to visit the next morning, even though I was leaving Singapore afterwards.

I am visiting Singapore and looked for a place where I could spend time with my nephew and sister. The Jurassic experience was great. My nephew told me all about those animals, and the height game makes it more real, but above all, it gives your body a jolt. The view of the waterfall surrounded by nature is breathtaking. On the other hand, if you love gardens, you will fall in love with life and people again as you stroll through the flower dome. And if you don't have a garden, it will make you want to build one at home. You can appreciate everything from familiar flowers to the most exotic ones. I highly recommend the experience.

Went with 10 students (sec 1 - sec 4) from Jakarta and 3 teachers. It is their first time to visit Singapore and Gardens by the Bay. The purpose of our visit is to do Immersion with Bukit Panjang school and with the addition of learning at Gardens by the Bay. Everyone was amazed. It is a great place for the students to learn about environmental sustainability and ecosystem, botany and horticulture. Hopefully students are aware of our environment and in the future, they will do something to protect the environment in our country.

Visiting Cloud Forest and Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay was an incredible experience. Both conservatories are beautifully designed and maintained, making them one of the highlights of Singapore. Cloud Forest was especially impressive. The moment you walk in, you see the huge indoor waterfall and the lush greenery surrounding it. Walking along the elevated pathways through the mist and tropical plants feels almost surreal. The views from the higher levels are fantastic and perfect for photos. Flower Dome is equally enjoyable but in a different way. It feels like walking through different regions of the world, with Mediterranean plants, colorful flower displays, and beautifully arranged gardens. Everything is very well organized and peaceful. Overall, the whole experience is unique, relaxing, and visually stunning. It’s definitely a must-visit attraction when in Singapore.

What we were able to see at the Gardens by the Bay were beautiful. However, when I purchased the tickets for the Cloud dome, the Flower dome and the observation deck, times were not very clear. The ticket stated the ticket was available until 9:00pm. We arrived at 7:30 visited the cloud dome and tried to visit the observatory deck to see the light show, only to be informed that it closed at 4:00. So I asked to go to the bridge instead and was denied. 😡 We then tried to go to the Flower Dome only to be informed that it was also closed. So even though we bought tickets for 3 attractions, we only saw 1. Very very disappointing!!! Read ALL small print before buying!!!

We arrived just after opening on a Sunday. no queues as I had pre purchased digital tickets on line. Not too crowded. I was pleasantly surprised that the temperature in the cloud forest and flower dome was comfortable due to climate control. We paid extra to go on sky walk in super trees. A great experience. Got some fantastic photos a great visit would recommend. Good cafes and refreshments available. Fair prices.
