Booking through Headout made my Singapore experience super smooth. The confirmation was instant, the mobile voucher scanned easily at entry, and the instructions (timings/where to go) were clear. My 4 stars rating it is a mistake same as we think that natural world sleeps when the sun sets. Big mistake, a new world opens under the moon light dominated by the wild roar of the lions. Night safary it is a "must" because it offers something rare in modern tourism:authenticity.It transforms wildlife observation from a passive activity into an atmospheric journey through darkness, sounds. This safary is a reminder that the natural world does not sleep when the sun sets, its just opens a new world. Amazing! 5 stars+ review .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫

Tickets were easy entry and it was well organized. It was great to go in the evening and if you go, get on the little tram, it's the best part. The zoo itself could use bigger spaces for the animals and more attendants to ensure people aren't so loud. Lots of screaming and loud yelling in areas where you could walk through the animals around you. It was nice to have the opportunity to walk among bats and wallaby's but it could have been a bit nicer for them. All in all it was positive but it could have been better for the animals.

Loved the incredible variety of animals—most of them looked like they were living their best, well-cared-for lives. The tram ride was an absolute hero, saving our legs while hopping between the different sections of the zoo. The restaurants, however, seem to operate on the “you’re already inside the zoo” pricing model—slightly steep, but somewhat expected. Overall, the mix of free-roaming animals was a fantastic initiative; seeing them uncaged made the whole experience feel far more natural and enjoyable. 🦒🚋

All in diesem Ticket enthaltenen Eintritte haben sich definitiv gelohnt. Wir haben noch den Skywalk separat besucht. Die Aussicht über Gardens by the bay war beeindruckend. Im Cloud Forest war mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet worden. Man konnte in mehren Höhen durch die ganze Kuppel laufen. Der Flower Dome ist nach Themen gegliedert und wird durchgehend von den Mitarbeitern gepflegt. Definitiv empfehlenswert!!

We arrived just after opening on a Sunday. no queues as I had pre purchased digital tickets on line. Not too crowded. I was pleasantly surprised that the temperature in the cloud forest and flower dome was comfortable due to climate control. We paid extra to go on sky walk in super trees. A great experience. Got some fantastic photos a great visit would recommend. Good cafes and refreshments available. Fair prices.

We enjoyed the excellent presentation, introducing aspects of night life in the world of animals, using real wildlife viewed in an amphitheatre, followed by an awesome open carriage. train ride in the dark through the wilderness, complete with commentary. Tigers, hippos and elephants were among the many animals on view. Thank you for an excellent evening out for us.
