Not just the amazing exhibits, but the staff was fantastic. I have MS and walk with a cane. I am very self sufficient, but your staff was so attentive. One made a point in the first exhibit to give me a traveling chair in case the rest didn't have a chair. Made the difference of it being a walk thru to being a take my time and enjoy. Thank you for your kindness.

We booked our tickets on the day and paid the full price. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. However, we were very disappointed to find that one of the rooms was closed, with no explanation provided. This closure was not mentioned at the time of booking or on arrival to the venue, yet we were still required to pay the full price.

Just brilliant! Once you've found a good space to stand or sit you can really immerse yourself while the artwork moves around you. Great music helps set the mood and generally everyone was courteous and gave everyone else their own space. I wouldn't describe myself as artsy but I loved this.

It was amazing, very interesting but definitely more for adults than for kids so I wouldn't advertise this as a kids attraction
