What to bring

Complete the Indonesia Arrival Card (recommended at least 3 days before departure).

Bring your booking confirmation and any required travel documents.

Arrive at least 60 minutes before departure; counter check‑in and baggage drop close 30 minutes before departure.

What’s not allowed

Prohibited items such as weapons, explosives, flammable materials, and other hazardous items are not allowed on board.

Each passenger is allowed up to 20 kg of check‑in baggage; excess baggage may incur additional charges and is subject to port limits.

Unaccompanied children under 12 years old are not permitted; they must travel with an adult (18+).

Pets are generally not allowed; please check directly with Majestic Fast Ferry for any exceptions.

Wheelchair access is limited and may not be available on all sailings or at all terminals; please contact the operator in advance.

This is an open-dated round-trip ticket. Return departure can be chosen later, subject to seat availability and counter allocation.

Return seats are allocated at the Majestic counter on a first‑come‑first‑served basis; aim to confirm your preferred sailing at least 1 hour before departure.

Outside of public holiday peak periods, you may reserve seats via email or phone; during peak periods, email/phone reservations may not be available, so secure your seat early at the counter and reconfirm well before departure.

Counter check-in and baggage drop close 30 minutes before departure. Late arrival may result in denied boarding and forfeiture of your ticket.

Children under 12 must travel with an adult (18+). Refer to your voucher for infant/seat eligibility.

Immigration clearance is required upon arrival in Batam; use autogate or manual counters as eligible.
