• Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.

• Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by an adult.

Accessibility

• The venue is wheelchair accessible, except for the Hall’s tiered seating area.

• Two wheelchairs are available on site for visitor use.

• Guide dogs are welcome.

• Approximately 40 seats are available in the main exhibition space, and foldable chairs can be borrowed at the entrance.

• Light effects used in the exhibitions may not be suitable for visitors with epilepsy or vertigo.

• This experience is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

• The venue is located at Westergaspark in Amsterdam and is easily accessible by public transport.

• The Monet exhibition runs daily except Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 6pm.

• Each exhibition lasts approximately 40 minutes, and you are welcome to stay and watch them again.

• Tickets are valid for one day. Please check availability for your preferred start time.

• On site facilities include lockers, a cloakroom, and restrooms.
