Universal Studios Singapore with Minion Land access

What to bring

• Ticket voucher: Display your mobile or printed ticket with a valid photo ID at the Universal Studios Singapore entrance.

• Spare clothes: Bring a spare set of clothes as some attractions may get you wet, and most restrooms have changing areas.

What's not allowed

• On-ride cameras: Photography and videography are not permitted while you are experiencing the attractions.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed inside Universal Studios Singapore, except for service animals.

• Costumes: Costumes and full-faced masks are not allowed inside the park.

• Re-entry: Re-entry to Universal Studios Singapore is not allowed once you exit.

• Outside food: Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except baby food, formulas, and special dietary items; bag checks occur at entry.

Accessibility

• Mobility access: Universal Studios Singapore is accessible by prams, strollers, and wheelchairs.

• Rental services: Stroller and wheelchair rentals are available near the park entrance for use within the park only.

• Facilities access: All restaurants, stores, toilets, lockers, and common areas are accessible to guests using wheelchairs.

Additional information

• Park entry: Head to the Universal Studios Singapore entrance on Sentosa Island and present your ticket for admission.

• Minion Land early entry: If you select Minion Land early entry, you can access the zone from 9am to 9:30am before general opening.

• Express Pass: If you add an Express Pass, you will get one-time skip-the-line access at participating rides and a priority entry lane.

• VIP Tour: If you book the VIP Tour, you will enjoy a 5-hour guided visit with unlimited Express access and added perks.

• Child safety: During the VIP Experience, children aged 7 and below must be accompanied by a participant aged 18 or above.

• Indemnity: VIP Experience participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete an indemnity form.

• Meet and greets: Character meet-and-greet timings vary daily; you can check the Universal Studios Singapore App on the day of your visit.

• Facilities: The park offers a prayer room, halal-certified and vegetarian restaurants, ATMs, retail shops, paid lockers, and a Baby Centre.

• Ride maintenance: TRANSFORMERS The Ride is closed from 23 August 2026 to 4 September 2026 and is scheduled to reopen on 5 September 2026.

• Special operating hours: The park operates from 10am to 7pm on 3 Sep, 5 Oct, 30 Nov, and 1 and 12 Dec 2026 due to private events.

• Dining vouchers: The S$20 F&B voucher has no minimum spend and is valid at most restaurants and carts, except Starbucks, Oasis Spice Café, and roving carts.

• Seasonal event: From 5 September to 1 November 2026, Trick or Thrills adds Halloween shows, Minions Belloween Ball, Kuromi’s debut, themed treats, and souvenirs.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
