Families, be aware, if you book through Headout app, you cannot access the family ticket discount. Book directly through Phillip Island Penguin Parade website and save some $. Penguins were super cute! So many visitors ignored all the instructions given by the guides to protect them - not sure why these people come if not interested in conservation - more interested for the perfect photo for social media. This detracted from the experience a little.

Sitting on the sand by the wild Bass Strait, wind in our faces, we waited patiently as the sun set. And then magically, in small groups of 6-10 the fairy penguins emerged from the surf and began there long slow waddle up the beach, into the dunes, to the safety of their burrows. A wonderful nature experience at Philip Island, very well managed and highly recommended.

My visit to Melbourne Skydeck with Headout was a memorable experience from start to finish. What made the visit special was the incredible panoramic view of Melbourne from such a high vantage point. Seeing the city skyline, Yarra River and surrounding areas from above was breathtaking, especially around sunset when the city began to light up. The experience was also smooth and convenient through Headout, making it easy to access the attraction without any unnecessary hassle. The Skydeck itself had a great atmosphere, and the views made it an experience I would definitely recommend to both tourists and locals. Overall, Headout made visiting Melbourne Skydeck simple and enjoyable, while the stunning views created a memorable experience that I’ll remember for a long time.

Purchasing tickets online was a quick , easy and smooth experience and we got the day we wanted. Pricing was fair and no other hidden costs. Although a cold windy night , the little penguins did not disappoint, they were incredibly cute and astonishing that they come in every night to settle on their homes. What was disappointing were the amount of people in complete disregard for what they were told and not use phones after sunset , many many times they told and still I saw so many being used on the beach and boardwalk. I hope the tradition continues and isn't spoilt by those that continue to disregard rules .

It was a very lovely experience. I loved how everything looked from the top. The buildings, the lights, the stadium, flinders street station etc. I even saw people playing tennis near the stadium through the binoculars. Edge experience was great too, a pinch of excitement and nervousness.

Best money ever spent. Have been living in Melbourne for 10years, so it was beautiful to see it from up top. Beautiful views, great snacks options. Highly recommend visiting around the sunset time.

It's recommended to arrive approximately 1 hour before the penguin arrival time, check in at the visitor centre, then walk to their viewing area to wait for the penguins.

Penguins will arrive at the coast at sunset, and the penguin homing usually lasts about 50 minutes.

Photographs and video recordings are not allowed when penguins are coming home.
