Purchasing tickets online was a quick , easy and smooth experience and we got the day we wanted. Pricing was fair and no other hidden costs. We picked up our physical tickets at the ticket sales counter and proceeded straight on to the observational seating area. Every part of the experience was smooth, straightforward and very enjoyable. We were able to book in for a whole day, e.g no set timeframe, which was really good as we had alot of other things planned in the day and the best time for us was at sunset! Which was beautiful, although the clouds were coming through at the time the views were amazing!!

Loved the decor and cleanliness. Very spacious rooms. The property is well maintained and really enjoyed the fireplace. Appreciate all the nice games provided for our entertainment. Just want to mention that it would have been nice to have heating in the third bedroom. Thank you for sharing your lovely place. Will surely come back.

The crowd management wasn't the best given too many ppl were standing and taking flash photography and spoiling the view and the experience for others. While it's appreciated there is limited control that could be exercised some enforcement is required.

It's recommended to arrive approximately 1 hour before the penguin arrival time, check in at the visitor centre, then walk to their viewing area to wait for the penguins.

Penguins will arrive at the coast at sunset, and the penguin homing usually lasts about 50 minutes.

Photographs and video recordings are not allowed when penguins are coming home.

Only small carry-on bags are allowed inside.
