What’s not allowed

• Photography is strictly prohibited inside Windsor Castle.

• Large backpacks and pushchairs are not permitted inside the State Apartments.

• Due to venue restrictions, your pets are not permitted on this experience.

Accessibility

• This experience is partially wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• For your convenience, your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Additional information

• The Semi-State Rooms usually open from autumn to spring each year. They are currently closed until autumn 2026.

• Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. St. George’s Chapel at Windsor is closed to visitors on Sundays and on June 12, 2026. On some days, the State Apartments may also be closed.

• Windsor Castle will be completely closed from June 14-June 15, 2026.

• English Heritage and National Trust England members can enjoy free admission to Stonehenge.

• You will not be allowed to enter the Stonehenge Circle itself. This is due to the restoration attempts and the relative instability of the structure. Your Stonehenge tickets allow you to access about 10 meters of the monument.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID to your guide

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students must show their valid Student IDs

• Kindly ensure that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your tour to avoid any delays
