The gondola ride was one of the highlights of my trip to Venice. I especially loved that it started with a short walking tour and a virtual reality intro. This gave really helpful context about the history of Venice and made the experience feel more immersive before even getting on the water. The gondola ride itself was beautiful, passing under charming bridges and through both lively and quiet canals. Our gondolier was friendly and pointed out landmarks along the way, which made it even more special. Overall, it was such a unique and memorable way to experience the city. Definitely worth it!

It was a boat ride through the canals—both the big ones and the lovely little ones. Our gondolier, GianLucca, a friendly young Venetian, regaled us with stories about everything we’d seen, all in excellent Spanish. In short, it was a 50-minute ride that we shared with another couple, this time from Madrid. We’d definitely do it again. Great job, guys, and those uniforms were lovely!

The organization was a bit stressful for us, since there wasn't much communication about what was happening and how things would go. Other than that, everything went wonderfully and was great ;) The gondola ride with the Venetian gondoliers was amazing. We had really friendly gondoliers on board and on other boats in the water. We'd love to do it again.

I can't speak for everyone, but in our case it didn't last 30 minutes—barely 20—and we didn't go along the Grand Canal either... The boatman was nice; he told us a few interesting facts. That's all.

It's very peaceful and comfortable; the gondoliers speak a little Spanish, which is great, and they're happy to answer any questions you have about the history—they're very friendly. The woman at the ticket booth also speaks Spanish; she's very friendly and gives clear instructions. Overall, the service is excellent.

Even though I already knew it lasted 25 minutes, we spent almost half that time standing still because of the crowds around the gondolas. And there wasn't any kind of audio guide, even though the reservation instructions asked us to bring headphones.
