The buying process worked well but you didn't initially explain that what you sent me was a voucher which they would exchange for the 4 tickets I had bought. You had eventually explained this to me but only after I had asked many times where are my tickets? The exchange was simple and straightforward but you could easily have explained this at the outset and saved me a lot of initial worry! We had a great day and Windsor Castle is well worth the visit, even though our visit was interrupted by a fire alarm going off which meant they had to empty the Castle of visitors while they investigated !

Not to be missed. Windsor Castle is a must for anyone visiting London for the first time. Although it is just outside of London it is worth making the extra effort to get there. Just a tour around the apartments and a look around st George's chapel, you can see why many monarchs have found this to be their favourite home. If History and art are your thing, make sure you give yourself 3 to 4 hours to have a good look around.I met one family who had been there nearly 6 hours. A great day out.

There was a massive queue to get in , done on time slots. We were told to queue at 11.45 as we were 12oclock. When we got to the front we were told we were too early and to rejoin the queue. I was not feeling well at this stage and told them so. We were taken to the side entrance and got straight in. The staff were so attentive. Throughly enjoyed the castle and all it has to offer. Great value. We also saw the Changing of the guard which was an added bonus.

The magnificent State rooms & the restoration following the 1992 fire was truly wonderful to view. To be able to access St George's Chapel, respectfully visit Her Majesty's resting place then to sit quietly in reflection was very moving & will stay with us for the remainder of our lives.

We loved the state apartments, and we're lucky to be able to see the changing of the guard on Thursday morning. Also the neighbouring Windsor Yards was a nice surprise to eat and shop. The audio guide was very informative and the 'human' guides were very helpful and pleasant.

The visit at the Windsor Castle and St George chapel was a great experience. It was my second time there. it was very windy on Saturday and I didn't see the town and that's the reason I plan to visit for the third time next year.
