The ease of getting to the terminal was great especially with two heavy bags. Obtaining the tickets was easy and it was great value for money. The key benefit was being dropped of at the airport and being able to quickly get to the terminal.... no stairs ;-). The trip to the airport through the canals and stopping at various islands along the way was a highlight and seemed more like a cruise than a taxi service. Would recommend it to anyone and we will use it again.

An absolute highlight at the beginning of your stay is the trip on the water bus. The trip is like an island tour, where you can get a first impression of all the islands. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful with the luggage. I ordered the tickets for the trip online and received them directly at the airport without any complications or waiting time.

Ordering process was easy. Instructions were slightly off as it states you need to print a copy when reality is you can show your phone. Ferry was on time and easy to board. Small cases a hassle as you are required to take them to your seat. The trip was slow but very scenic, we felt we had a island tour

There was a storm in Venice the day we headed to The airport. The water was choppy and the windows were fogged up. We had to wipe the windows to see outside. The crew made every stop safely and we made it to Marco Polo on time. Thankful to the crew!

It was so easy to go on board and arrive at the airport one hour later without any changing transport. On board a friendly member of staff stowed the luggage. I would always choose this transfer again.
