The fact that they managed to allow us on when we arrived exactly on time! Definitely recommend coming a bit earlier than your time to get good seats but it meant we got to share our table with some wonderful people that we got to chatting to - which is a definite plus. Our captain was knowledgeable and would add extra info over the recorded audio guide. And yes, we sailed in scorching heat but the breeze was still nice and definitely and activity we would recomend to other people :)

There are several buildings, such as the Amstel Hotel and the Academy of Arts, that you can’t really appreciate as well as you can from the canals—which made me truly enjoy the beautiful, peaceful cruise in a cozy atmosphere… that we took this morning. A must-do.

We booked the tour as a highlight for my birthday. The captain personally welcomed us and gave us a briefing. The tour took us through countless canals all the way to the train station, and it was pleasant and relaxing. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and this tour!

Overall reccomended experience, got to learn a few things of Amsterdam's history and enjoyed some nice views. Very friendly and helpfull staff, very well kept and safe boats

This experience is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessible boats only depart from the dock opposite Hard Rock Cafe at the 10:30am, 12pm, 2pm, and 3:30pm time slots.

Children up to and including 4 years old may board for free. Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years can board with discounted tickets. Children older than 11 pay the same price as adults.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Most boats have a roof that closes fully and have central heating on board. So even if it is cold outside, you will be warm inside the boat. The boats mostly sail within the city centre, where the water stays very calm, so they can sail in almost any weather.

If a cruise cannot take place due to extreme weather circumstances, the company will contact you to reschedule your ticket to another date.
