The staff who checked us in were friendly and professional. The audio guide was informative. The catacombs were respectfully maintained and fascinating. Please note the stairs back to the living world are numerous and may be difficult for some.

Great experience! There are a lot of steps down and back up (spiral staircase)! Learned quite a bit about why Paris has the catacombs and how long they have been there.

It was a great tour with a FANTASTIC host! Lots of fun info. Her accent wasn’t too strong that native English speakers would have any difficulties understanding. Her interest and passion for the Catacombs was easy to see which made for a better experience. The only issue I have is the booking processs. Rather than start out an email with “we cannot fit you at the 5 PM time...” say “we rescheduled you to the 4:45 PM time.” 15 minutes really won’t make a difference to most people. I missed the second part of the email where you reordered to reschedule us 15 minutes earlier until he next day. I was SO upset and bummed out! But when I saw that it was still an option to go (just 15 minutes earlier) I was elated! Try rescheduling people for minor time changes with the option to cancel rather than telling them “too bad, it’s overbooked” to begin with. Again, FANTASTIC tour and host! I cannot day enough great things about our host! She’s worth every penny and more.

While it was great, it did get a little chilly in the evening. And I wasn't prepared to face the slush on the ground as well. Wear your best gumboots so that it doesn't dampen your mood along with your feet! Other then that the tour was brilliantly put together, we had enough time to roam about and ask questions in case we had any.

The guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the catacombs. Being a small group made it easy for everyone to hear and ask questions. We also we let into areas not open to general tours which made it even more special. We absolutely loved the tour.

The Catacombs tour was fascinating and very well done ... educational and dignified. The Seine tour was an added plus -- always lovely to see Paris from the river.
