GroupVerified booking4 days ago5/5Easy to purchase tickets, catacombs experience was exceptional. The paid cruise however was a nighmare. We had to get the Metro to the wharf, but when we got to where the cruise started the queue went for miles ! We decided to sit and wait rather than to queue in the heat, but the queue kept getting longer and longer until it extended over the bridge. After waiting for in excess of an hour and a half, we decided to forego our paid for cruise. What a disappointment 😞 My recommendation would be to do the catacombs experience and further the cruise, you'd be better off doing the hop on hop off Batobus.AAmy M
SoloVerified booking3 days ago3/5The ticket process needs to be more clear. Especially when purchasing a combination ticket like we did. I ended up with 3 tickets. Still not sure what the 3rd pdf ticket was for. The representatives outside the Paris Catacombs were EXTREMELY RUDE & UNHELPFUL. Although I speak some French. All they kept shouting was wrong ticket, call your place! And then saying it must look like this, pointing to a QR code, but the pdf ticket from Headout looked nothing like their example. When I showed it to them they were like yes- fine. It seemed as though they wanted us to miss our time slot and tour. Your process needs to be more streamlined.RRafael P

FamilyVerified bookingJul 20264/5The headphones at the Cstscombs were a joke. Worked half the time and very choppy. Art the end I advised the staff. So did other guests leaving at the same time. The staff just said I'm sorry. Poor excuse of service we paid dirt
