Loved the whole experience especially the gallery area at the start explaining everything. Just was a bit unsure how the process worked so would have been nice to know eg first you will visit the gallery, then head to 80th floor then 86th floor and then 102nd floor if you have that ticket. Also would be good to know that you were not going to be rushed and had plenty of time.Carolina
