For me, the Empire State Building is one of the most iconic buildings and places in New York. I visited it 30 years ago and always return whenever I'm in New York. I find the entertainment area on the ground floor and information about the ESB, including the recreated "King Kong scene," simply fantastic. The ESB is a must.

I had my 11 year old grandson with me and he was so excited to see the famous buildings around us from different vantage points. He had learned a lot about the Empire State Building at school and was thrilled to so it in person. He also loved climbing from the 80th to 86th floor!!

This was an awesome experience! I would consider myself a world traveler as I've been to viewing decks and buildings in 5 continents now and this has been the best bang for your buck. Most of them you just pay and go to the top but not this one! We elected to only go up to the 86th floor but even that was a great experience. The history of the building, the different movies that include the building and then being able to get our photo at the end was top notch. Highly recommend to other travelers!

The tickets were easy to redeem. The experience was great! We enjoyed learning about the history of the ESB before getting to enjoy the views. The views are incredible! We appreciated the arrows pointing in the direction of many major city attractions to look out for. The outside viewing deck was also good - it was very windy and cold the day we were there, so we didn't enjoy it as much as the indoor views.

A really nice touch was the heating lamps on the outdoor deck—they made a big difference and kept it comfortable even in cooler weather. Everything was well organized, clear expectations and purchasing the tickets was so easy! There wasn't as much people at 7:30 when we went, so it also made the experience so much better!! Also, the 86th floor elevator supervisor / manager was so well spoken in Spanish and knew so much about Costa Rica and Venezuela which made our WHOLE night that much more amazing!
