GroupVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5Super fast service, and the staff was totally friendly and helpful. We were lost and asked someone on the street for directions; to our surprise, she was an employee there! She took her time and led us straight to the doors, and she wasn't even working—she did it in her free time. Even though it was cloudy, the view was a very lovely experience, and the interactive light section before reaching the platform is incredibly beautiful and fun. I recommend it 100 out of 100.TThomas W

GroupVerified booking2 days ago5/5The observation deck is incredible, simply divine! Getting in was super quick, the tickets were received without any issues, and we were not delayed at all. Extremely fast entry. We stayed as long as we wanted!!! We just showed the QR code and went straight in!!! The place was spotless! Gorgeous views; there were a lot of people, but that is to be expected! There was no overcrowding! Super safe! The app worked seamlessly as always!!! We have already used it in several countries and it has always worked very well for us! Highly recommended! Both the observation deck and the app! We arrived a few minutes late and they didn't make any fuss about it at all!! Honestly, whenever I buy through here, everything works out great!! Thanks for everything!!! New York is fabulous!!DDámaris C

GroupVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5Easy and intuitive on-line booking system to suit my requirements. Plenty helpful staff at all levels of the building. The views across New York City were amazing. The glass floor added to the whole experience, bit scary !
