What’s not allowed

• Re-entry is not allowed.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

• Babies in arms are not allowed during the boat ride.

Accessibility

• Baby prams are not permitted inside the attraction and must be left at the designated drop-off point. Management is not responsible for loss or damage.

• Madame Tussauds Singapore is wheelchair-friendly, with staff assistance via elevator (limited capacity).

• Wheelchair rentals are not available on-site.

• All wax figures are displayed on the ground floor for convenient access.

Additional information

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.

• Children aged 12 and below, and under 1.4m, must be accompanied during the boat ride.

• Guests may touch and pose with the figures; please handle them carefully.

• The attraction may not offer refunds or replacements if any feature is unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

• 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Last admission at 5:00 PM) effective Monday, 15 June 2026.

• Last VR (Racing and Thrillcoaster) redemption is at 5:00 PM.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
