The observation deck is incredible, simply divine! Getting in was super quick, the tickets were received without any issues, and we were not delayed at all. Extremely fast entry. We stayed as long as we wanted!!! We just showed the QR code and went straight in!!! The place was spotless! Gorgeous views; there were a lot of people, but that is to be expected! There was no overcrowding! Super safe! The app worked seamlessly as always!!! We have already used it in several countries and it has always worked very well for us! Highly recommended! Both the observation deck and the app! We arrived a few minutes late and they didn't make any fuss about it at all!! Honestly, whenever I buy through here, everything works out great!! Thanks for everything!!! New York is fabulous!!

The experience was incredible. First off, customer service was clear and precise, and they also recommended alternatives so we could keep enjoying our stay in New York. The fun was there from start to finish: right from the elevator, that light show and how fast it reached the top was a total "wow." When the doors opened and we saw each staging of lights, mirrors, and the panoramic view of New York City, it was an absolute 10/10. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to my friends and family. The cocktails were also excellent, and the staff was very friendly from the entrance to the exit of this beautiful experience. It's definitely a must-do plan. Thanks guys, Jhon and Alex.

Super fast service, and the staff was totally friendly and helpful. We were lost and asked someone on the street for directions; to our surprise, she was an employee there! She took her time and led us straight to the doors, and she wasn't even working—she did it in her free time. Even though it was cloudy, the view was a very lovely experience, and the interactive light section before reaching the platform is incredibly beautiful and fun. I recommend it 100 out of 100.

I had a mornig visit at 8:00 on a sunny october day and it was just a wonderfull experience. The lift ride up, arriving through a corridor that feels like a pink cloud. The views, the art. Never rushed. My first time in New York and i would do it again when i come back.
