Choosing this was easily one of the best decisions I’ve made recently. From the moment it arrived, the superior quality was evident, and it has consistently performed beyond my highest expectations. It’s rare to find something that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly durable and efficient in practice. Everyone was so nice, the process is fluid. They give more than enough education, transparency and safety is a must for them! What a relief!!!!. It was amazing to see Eric, my dive instructor do several harness checks before we even boarded the plane and then some before the jump. The camera crew is great too always checking up on the customers. The experience itself is a must for any adrenaline junkie.

We had booked the 148th floor, which automatically included the Skylounge and therefore prioritized access. The organization was very good, but it still took about 1/2 hour to get to the top. The normal queue was extremely long and I can imagine that the waiting time there must have been over an hour. The technology and architecture were very beautiful. The view from the 148th floor was beautiful and breathtaking from this unique height. The glass balcony railings allowed an unobstructed wide view of everything near and far. One drawback on the 148th floor was that there was only one ladies' toilet and it had to be serviced accordingly. The Skylounge was a wonderful experience. Drinks served on request (the tea was a dream, drank 2 and a cappuccino decaf with oat milk) as well as super tasty pastries we enjoyed and could take a welcome break. Seats were very comfortable, but unfortunately a bit rare, especially the ones by the window were permanently occupied (I wouldn't have wanted to give them up :-D ). On the 124th floor there was a store and a café in addition to the view. We then went down again as a priority. I can only recommend the surcharge for the 148th, it was more than worth it. All in all, a visit to the world's tallest building is a must in Dubai.

Beautiful experience to go up to the dlto and see the city 360 degrees to the horizon is exciting. The service offered from the beginning is super ,while waiting is offered tea and juice with cookies. You are accompanied in the ascent and at the top you can stop consuming refreshments comfortably sitting with a view.

My husband and I came on our honeymoon, and AURA made our dream a reality! What an amazing place, what a blessed view! We were very well treated and we still got gifts! We have already recommended it to all friends and family, and when we return to Dubai, we will definitely return to AURA! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The experience was great. Weather was bad at first but became sunny. Dislike how you get 1 bag between 2 people. Good coffee.

Excellent experience. It gives very much adrenaline. Open space gyrocopter is very good to observe environment. You can see Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab beneath you.
