Our evening cruise was an impeccable experience from start to finish. Boarding was quick and well organized, the staff were courteous and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed throughout. Seeing Budapest at night from the Danube offers a truly extraordinary perspective: the illuminated Parliament, Buda Castle and the historic bridges are even more impressive when viewed from the water. The boat was clean, stable, and equipped with both indoor and outdoor areas that allow you to enjoy the panorama without obstruction. A wonderful experience not to be missed when visiting Budapest. The schedule was followed exactly as booked. It was easy to find the meeting point, which was clearly indicated after booking. I booked the 8:45 p.m. tour, and in my opinion, it’s the perfect time. It starts as the sun begins to set and ends after dark. You can admire the whole city all lit up, especially the Parliament building.

Both visits met our expectations. We highly recommend them because they are affordable and of high quality. The Lukacs Baths were sublime; they had a wide variety of rooms and different types of hot springs. On the other hand, the Danube cruise was simply spectacular.

It's a magical moment, one of the best of my entire stay in Budapest. There are seats for everyone, the music is present but not loud, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. In the 1-hour trip you can see all the beautiful buildings lighted under the stars. Don't miss this opportunity !!

This is a cruise you have to take at night—it’s very beautiful, and the audio guide explains everything very well. The only downside was when I asked for a drink; the reservation said it was “included in the ticket,” but they told me that wasn’t true.

What to bring

Carry your own headphones or earphones to enjoy the audio guide clearly.

In colder months, wear warm clothing; during summer evenings, a light sweater or jacket is recommended.
