The visit was great. The problem was that the tickets took so many hours to arrive that we had to buy a second lot of tickets on arrival at the park. Would NEVER use headout again unless absolutely necessary as for Pompeii and Herculaneum. By that time we were prepared in advance, but they still took much longer than I'd expect. VERY POOR SERVICE.

When I arrived at paestrum I was told that the park did t honor the head out ticket and that Headout was a skam. I purchased another ticket at the gate I will never use Headout again.

The audio guide was very limited compared to what I saw; I downloaded the archaeological site's free app, which was much more comprehensive, so the cost of the audio guide was a waste of money.
