The combo ticket booking experience and how it works was the easiest way to entry path for both the memorable experiences. The river cruise was like a one hour ride, please take your own headphones as you can download and listen to the curated location synced audio description only with that. The spa was lovely, much cleaner than we expected and we were able to grab front row seats having only arrived at 10:00am (on a Wednesday). The cruise was fantastic- Elijah was so knowledgeable and spoke fluently through hundreds of years of history! Both standout experiences and the ticket process was super easy at both!!

The different water temperatures ranging from 38 degrees to 40 degrees and some tubs having temperatures around 35 degrees was a lovely mix of areas you wanted to explore. Also, the full length swimming pool was gorgeous and the crowd was amazing.

A wonderful experience at the Széchenyi Baths—a must-do during a trip to Budapest. The facility is large and offers several pools, both indoor and outdoor, with varying temperatures. The outdoor pools are definitely the most picturesque, and the atmosphere is truly unique. I recommend arriving in the morning, especially if you want to enjoy the baths with a bit more peace and quiet, because they get quite crowded as the day goes on. It’s a good idea to bring flip-flops and a towel; the changing rooms are comfortable and well-organized. Entry with the ticket purchased through Headout was simple and hassle-free. Overall, it was a pleasant and unique experience, which I recommend including in your itinerary if you’re visiting Budapest.

We arrived in Budapest, and a day after seeing the main sights, we decided to go to the Széchenyi Thermal Baths. We didn’t know how to book tickets, so we searched online and came across the Headout website. After reading several positive reviews, we decided to book our tickets through them. Everything was quick and easy, and the next day when we went to the baths, the codes they sent us worked perfectly for entry. The place is magnificent and I enjoyed a relaxing day there. I arrived at midday and there were no sunbeds left in the whole place, but I found a single (last!) chair which was very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the beauty of the architecture and the yellow facades around the outside pool area. What I didn't like was that I had to pay an extra 10 Euros, as the regular tickets were sold out.

As of August 1, 2025, entry to the bath is not permitted for anyone under the age of 14.

The last entry is allowed up to one hour before closing, and all pools and surrounding areas must be vacated 20 minutes before closing time.

Wearing slippers in the spa area is mandatory for all guests.

The light sauna and the volcano sauna are temporarily out of service due to technical issues.

Your hop-on hop-off ticket includes a free Danube River cruise, valid throughout your pass until 5pm; a small fee of 2,000 HUF applies for later departures.

The boat tour operates with a minimum of 10 passengers.
