You could see all the sights, and you could get on or off at many stops—it was very well organized. Sometimes the headphones didn't work, or the commentary didn't start until after we had already passed the sight.

Four great tour options. Downside was that much of the tour narrative was out of timing sync with what you were viewing. Great way though to see the city on a hot day!

It's very convenient to explore the city on the hop-on, hop-off buses, especially on a hot day. The highlight is definitely the included visit to the cathedral with its rooftop terrace.

The bus tour itself was very interesting and I formative. However, half of the headphone outlets were broken and the rest were only in mono - not stereo.

The museum is beautiful and has a wide variety of works of art. I loved the art gallery, and then I went to Sforza Castle, which is truly a wonderful castle steeped in history. I explored both the fortress area and a very interesting museum with many medieval artifacts—there were even weapons from that era. All in all, everything was wonderful. I loved it in every way; I highly recommend it, and it’s very convenient because the combined price for these two activities is a great deal.

Buying tickets online was easy and affordable, although I think it would be better if you didn’t have to download two apps just to visit a single attraction. It would have been most convenient if the ticket had worked via the QR code in the email, and the audio guide had also worked by scanning QR codes in the rooms (at times, it wasn’t clear which one to listen to). Additionally, there was no information anywhere about the need to activate the ticket and pick up a paper ticket at a location outside the venue.

Two of the four bus routes start at Sforza Castle, so the 24-hour pass effectively covers your transit to and from the city's largest museum complex.

I purchased a ticket for the Hop On Hop Off bus in Milan on the Headout website right before going on the tour. Because my ticket didn't come to my email within a few minutes, I missed the bus and needed to wait for the next one. So. It's best to get the ticket ahead of time. I learned that drivers were short the day I went, so waiting time was about 50 minutes for the next bus. As a result, I was unable to do one of the routes that I looked forward to experiencing. It was not always easy to locate the places the commentary talked about and I missed getting off at a stop because I wasn't sure what stop to get off at. . The bus driver was accommodating and dropped me off nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even with the issues I experienced, I thought the tour was a much more enjoyable way to get to the sights than the other means of transportation and a good value if able to complete the four routes.

What I liked best was that there were four tours. However, the tour schedules were shortened, so we had to wait longer. Also, some of the buses didn't arrive at the scheduled times because of heavy traffic.
