It would have been most convenient if the ticket had worked via the QR code in the email, and the audio guide had also worked by scanning QR codes in the rooms (at times, it wasn’t clear which one to listen to). Additionally, there was no information anywhere about the need to activate the ticket and pick up a paper ticket at a location outside the venue.KKaren R
