...einfach, übersichtlich, kundenfreundlich...und für jeden zu verstehen...es wäre schön, wenn die Gebühren attraktiver...d.h. billiger wären...dann ist jeder noch mehr bereit, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu benutzen. Verschlanken sie ihren Verwaltungsaparat, bauen sie komplizierte und behördlich-schwergängige Vorgänge ab...dann klappt das.

Pour des novices en la matière, tout a été facile : obtenir un pass pour 48h en ligne , de repérer sur Google map , la fluidité des transports, la fréquence de passage du tram , les destinations inter city multiples, bref que du bonheur

i bought the gvb public transport card before but it expired, and then i tried headout and it was really easy and simple. if i know from the begining i wouldn't have tried to buy the ticket before.

Der Kapitän war sehr witzig und charmant und hat die Fahrt sehr gut gesteuert. Auch die anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. War alles sehr unproblematisch mit dem vorher gebuchten Ticket.

Wir hatten die Combi online gebucht. Leider war nicht ausgewiesen, dass Hunde in dem geschlossenen Boot nicht erlaubt sind. Eine Stornierung war nicht möglich. Aber die nette Dame vor Ort im Ticketshop hat dann auf ein offenes Boot umgebucht. So konnten wir eine wundervolle Grachtenfahrt erleben. Zwar war sie nur in englisch, aber trotzdem sehr informativ und unterhaltsam.

Der 3-Tage-GVB-Pass war für unseren Amsterdam-Trip eine fantastische Entscheidung! Wir konnten 72 Stunden lang völlig uneingeschränkt alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Stadt nutzen – egal ob Tram, Metro oder Bus. Das beste Gefühl war die pure Spontaneität: Man muss sich keinerlei Gedanken über Einzeltickets oder Tarifzonen machen. Nach ausgiebigen Spaziergängen an den Grachten konnten wir einfach in die nächste Straßenbahn steigen, das Ticket kurz scannen und entspannt weiterfahren. Die Abwicklung war absolut unkompliziert, die Bahnen fuhren extrem pünktlich und sauber. Für alle, die Amsterdam flexibel, stressfrei und ohne lange Laufwege erkunden möchten, ist dieser Pass ein absolutes Must-have. Wir würden ihn für den nächsten Städtetrip definitiv wieder buchen!

Der GVB Tagespass funktioniert sehr gut. Ungünstig ist die An/ Abmeldung bei jedem Verkehrsmittel. Da ich zwei Karten in einem Vertrag gekauft habe hält das doppelte Melden zusätzlich auf. Wenn die Tram voll ist, kann man es vergessen. Warum haben beide Karten die gleiche ID? Sonst könnte man zwei Geräte zum An/ Abmelden verwenden.
