It was beautiful. As it rained a bit, it was nice that the boat was covered and warm. It was no problem to open a window for photos. The staff on board were exceptionally friendly. The young man in service spoke perfect German. The captain was very likeable. His short stories (in English) made the trip pleasant and entertaining. The audio guide, which could be downloaded via smartphone, accompanied us in German. Very pleasant. We really enjoyed this excursion despite the mega-bad weather. Thank you very much!

The cruise was very thorough and covered many intersting sights in Amsterdam on top of the lights festival exhibits. The staff was very kind and even humoristic from time to time and the overall experolence was great

An excellent experience. I couldn't find my ticket online but calling my name a few people was enough. Furthermore, I had to wait for 2 lodgers but that was no problem at all. My wife who walks with a walker was helped very kindly and there were also 2 other disabled people on board. With an elevator that was a snap. We could sit spaciously and also take pictures on the stern, which was cold but worth it. In the end it was a spectacular trip through an atmospheric Amsterdam with as extra of course the light festival. As icing on the cake we also saw the 'real Sinterklaas walking through town on December 5 :-) The stewards were all very courteous

I asked to be seated at the windows but wasen't allowed because the tables was ment for wheelchair users only. Less than two minutes after anoter couple not using wheelchairs was placed at the same chairs. The chairs was to small and there should not be more than four persons at each table. The driver of the boat was a terrible sailor and even hit a huge wooden threepole during the sail. The boats engine sounde as if it wanted to explode during the sail and the drivers use of rewards and forwards was impossible to understand and often came out of the blue.
